Announcement of business and capital alliance and issuance of new shares by way of third-party allotment

At the Board of Directors meeting on June 25, 2018, Mamasan & Company Co., Ltd.
(hereinafter called “we/us/our”) resolved issuance of new shares by way of third-party allotment to the partner companies, Sakura Sodan United Co., Ltd., which is a nation-wide company specialized in accounting and tax consulting service, and Josui Accounting Corporation, which is also a consulting group based in Kyushu. At the same time, we entered into a business and capital alliance with them.

This business and capital alliance is aimed at complementing competitiveness in the corporate back office operations; one of our main services; especially in the accounting department. We will continue to strengthen the synergy between our expertise in visualization and standardization of business processes and highly specialized consulting services of our partners.
