現在カスタマーサポート業務をしております。プロジェクトを変更したばかりでわからないこといっぱいありますが、わからないことはすぐ聞くようにして、日々自分でできることを増やしていくことに努めています。

トレーナーとして働いていたこともありますので、今後は業務に慣れていつかは教えられる立場になれるぐらいになりたいと思っております。

また、今まで経験してきたお仕事だけでなく、未経験のお仕事にも挑戦したいと思います。



I am currently working in customer support. I have just changed my projects and there are a lot of things I still have to learn, but I try to ask for help as soon as I find something I do not understand, and I am trying to increase what I can do on my own every day. I used to work as a trainer, so I want to get used to my job and one day be in a position where I can instruct others. I will try new tasks as well as the ones I have experienced so far.
